  I have always purchased Mephisto shoes from your excellent shop, I bought a pair last Saturday Barracuda was the style, when wearing them I thought the comfort was not quite the same as the last pair (I bought from you) when I got home I live in Sunderland by the way, I was amazed when I compared the insoles with the previous shoes (Barracudas) the new insoles were just thin cheap material but my older Mephisto's were much superior with cushioning and much thicker altogether so I have swapped them over even though the old pair show signs of wear, after three year not surprising! I know that this is not your fault of course, however I think if you could pass on my complaint to Mephisto, hopefully I may get a decent set of insoles from them, the same quality as the last pair, as you know these shoes are not cheap, but if there quality is going downhill it would be a pity.
